Beth O'Neill

Beth O'Neill has extensive experience in residential life and educational administration, currently serving as the Associate Director of Residential Life at Ithaca College since July 2007. O'Neill has held various positions at Ithaca College, including Interim Associate Director and Assistant Director for Staff & Programs, along with responsibilities as Area Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles at Cornell University from 2001 to 2007 as the Student Staff Selection & Training Administrator and at Binghamton University as Community Director from 1997 to 2001. O'Neill holds a Master’s Degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from The College of Saint Rose, earned between 1995 and 1997, following a Bachelor’s Degree from the same institution from 1991 to 1995.
