George Dunbar

George Dunbar is an experienced Senior Project Engineer at Ithaca Energy since January 2012, providing specialized support in Mechanical Engineering, package management, plant layout, mechanical handling, piping engineering, and metallurgy. Prior experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at Total, where technical solutions for the West Franklin project were developed, and Project Engineering Manager at AMEC, overseeing engineering integrity and deliverables. Earlier positions at AMEC included Lead Mechanical Engineer roles for various significant projects, as well as experience at WOOD GROUP ENGINEERING, where George led engineering efforts on offshore gas compression projects. George began a career as a Technician Apprentice at Vetco and holds HNC/ONC in Manufacturing & Production Engineering from the University of Aberdeen and Angus Technical College.
