Itshak Sharon Tshuva

Mr. Tshuva was appointed as a Director of the Company on 30 March 2023. Mr. Tshuva is an Israeli entrepreneur and businessman with global business operations. As the major shareholder of Delek Group, he is responsible for the discovery of significant natural gas reserves offshore Israel which contributed to its emergence as an international player. Mr. Tshuva has been deeply involved in the development of Ithaca Energy, helping to position the Company for the IPO last year. In pursuit of Mr. Tshuva’s vision, and in partnership with Noble Energy, since 2000 Delek Group has discovered substantial offshore natural gas reserves in Israel and Cyprus, including the Leviathan field, the world’s largest gas reserve discovered in deep water in the last decade.
