Kate De La Garza

Kate G. de la Garza is an accomplished professional in affordable housing development and community finance, currently serving as the Executive Director at Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Kate held positions as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, and Vice President and Senior Project Manager at U.S. Bank, contributing significantly within the domains of community development lending and impact finance. With extensive experience dating back to 2005 in various roles including Housing Developer and Senior Housing Developer, Kate has managed numerous affordable housing projects throughout Washington State. Education includes a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Public Affairs from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Government from Smith College.
