Hans van der Reijden

Hans van der Reijden has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Hans founded Ithaka Hospitality Partners in 2018 and currently serves as the CEO. In 2020, they joined Talent Plus, Inc. as part of their Talent Plus Advisor Network. Prior to that, Hans was a Partner at Capella Hotel Group from 2003 to 2018, where they also served as the Managing Director of Hotel Operations and Educational Initiative at their subsidiary, The Hotel at Auburn University. Hans started their career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC as an EAM Food & Beverage and later worked as a Beverage Manager at Holland America Line.

Hans van der Reijden attended Hanze College in Zwolle, The Netherlands from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
