Previous roles include Director of Culinary Operations and Executive Chef at The Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center, as well as Executive Chef positions at Central 129 Coosa and Amsterdam Cafe. Leonardo's educational background includes a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Auburn University and an Associate degree in Computer Design and Drafting from Southeast College of Technology.
