Leonardo Maurelli III is a distinguished culinary leader with 33 years of experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Culinary Operations at Ithaka Hospitality Partners since June 2018, Leonardo provides strategic culinary direction and oversight for the company’s diverse portfolio. Previous roles include Director of Culinary Operations and Executive Chef at The Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center, as well as Executive Chef positions at Central 129 Coosa and Amsterdam Cafe. Leonardo's educational background includes a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Auburn University and an Associate degree in Computer Design and Drafting from Southeast College of Technology.
