Legal and Governance

The Legal and Governance team at ITHAKA is responsible for overseeing legal compliance and governance practices to ensure the organization operates within the law while upholding its mission of expanding access to knowledge. This team, which includes the Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, advises on legal matters, manages risk, and provides guidance on corporate governance to support the strategic objectives of the organization.
