Connie Ashley has over three decades of experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at iTHINK Financial since May 2021, Connie previously held multiple roles at IBMSECU, including HR Manager and HR Administrator, starting in June 2009. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Member Services and Branch Offices at CMAR Credit Union from February 1990 to June 2009. Connie holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Kennesaw State University and has pursued further education at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and the University of Arkansas.
