Erik Caelen

Erik Caelen serves as the Directeur innovatie at Itho Daalderop since September 2009, overseeing the innovation process and collaborating with product managers and developers to enhance and create products in Renewable Energy, Ventilation, Domestic Hot Water systems, Condensing boilers, and smart Connectivity solutions. Previously, Erik held various managerial roles within Itho Daalderop, including Marketing and Sales Manager, Group Portfolio Manager, and Manager of Product Management, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, sales, and managing the product and service portfolio. Prior experience includes product management and project leadership roles with a focus on solar and renovation projects at Itho Images bv and Zonne Energie Nederland. Erik holds a Master’s degree in Innovation Sciences/Management from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven.
