Stephen Offutt is an experienced professional with a strong background in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and at-risk youth. Currently serving as Community Coordinator at Itineris Inc since May 2016, Stephen specializes in community service and developing accommodations for adults with autism. Previous roles include Clinical Specialist, Senior Autism Support Coach, and Autism Support Coach, all focused on facilitating meaningful employment for adults with autism. Additionally, Stephen is an Art Teacher at Art with a Heart, where creative art classes are taught to special needs populations. As the owner and group director of Walking Discovery, Stephen leads a recreational organization, and previously led a hiking group for teens at WAY2GROW.

The goals of Itineris are to support adults on the autism spectrum to build on the progress they made in the school systems, to further their journey toward greater independence and to increase acceptance by the community at large. As a “work-first” agency, we provide customized opportunities for individuals with ASD to obtain gainful employment and to participate meaningfully in all aspects of adult life.
