Arturo Solano

Arturo Solano has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Arturo is currently working as an Engineering Manager at ITJuana since 2023, where they are responsible for managing the engineering team. Prior to this, they worked as a Scrum Master at ITJuana and Biosero, Inc. from 2022 to 2023, where they facilitated Scrum ceremonies, collected team metrics, and managed sprints in Jira.

Before that, Arturo worked as a Test Engineer Consultant Sr. at Alten México from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for testing products and developing automated scripts. Arturo also worked as a Systems Validation Engineer at Visteon Corporation from 2019 to 2020, where they contributed to obtaining an ASPICE Level 3 for the validation team.

Arturo also has experience working in industrial engineering and project management roles. Arturo worked as an Intern Industrial Engineering Central at Continental in 2019, where they were involved in optimization projects and introduced AGV robots to the production floor. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Project Manager for an autonomous project, and from 2017 to 2018, they were the owner of a business and handled sales at Softega.

Arturo Solano obtained their degree in Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico Nacional de México - Culiacán Sinaloa, specializing in electronic, robotic, and mechatronic engineering. Arturo completed their studies at the institute from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their degree, Arturo Solano has obtained several certifications. These include the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) from ICAgile in June 2023, the Agile Team Leadership Workshop, Foundation Workshop, and Rewards & Incentives from Management 3.0 in October 2022.

Arturo also received certifications such as the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation and ICAgile Certified Professional - Business Agility Foundations from ICAgile in September 2022. Arturo completed the Curso Maestro de Python 3 from Udemy in March 2022.

Recently, they also obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in June 2021.
