GabrieLa Benítez

GabrieLa Benítez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. GabrieLa started their career as a Promotor de Salud at Instituto Nacional de Migración in 2013. GabrieLa then worked as a Terapeuta at C.U.A.P.I. from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, GabrieLa was an HR assistant at Saint-Gobain Abrasives. GabrieLa then moved on to TaylorMade Golf Company, where they served as an HR assistant and later as an HR Supervisor from 2016 to 2020. Most recently, GabrieLa has been working at North American Production Sharing, Inc. since 2016, initially as an HR assistant and currently holding the position of HR Supervisor. In their current role, they are responsible for administration of HR processes, payroll preparation, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process follow-up. GabrieLa also establishes KPIs for the HR department and presents improvement actions. Additionally, they have experience in job description development for performance reviews, promotions, and salary changes.

GabrieLa Benítez completed a Diploma of Education in Human Resources Business Partner from Latam Business School, spanning from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Licenciatura in Psicología from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, GabrieLa has obtained various certifications, including Agile bootcamp from ITJuana in September 2022, Present with impact from 2Connect Presentation Training in May 2022, Management 3.0 Workshop from Management 3.0 in February 2022, Process Mapping from CI TRAINING in July 2020, 'Emotional Intelligence with LEGO' from CI TRAINING in February 2019, and a 'Train the Trainers' course in 2018 from CI TRAINING.
