Artur Saaliste

Artur Saaliste is an experienced marine and technical project management professional, currently serving as Team Lead Retrofit at ITK Marine since May 2024. Prior roles include Technical Procurement/Project Manager and Technical Project Manager at Tallink Grupp, managing fleet retrofits and modernizations, including energy efficiency solutions and technical tenders. Artur has also held senior project management positions at LTH-Baas, overseeing large-scale marine exhaust gas cleaning system projects, and previously worked at Napa Ltd in various roles such as Chief Commissioning Engineer and Project Engineer, focusing on ship stability and software deployment. Artur holds an MSc in Naval Architecture from Aalto University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from TalTech.
