Hafsa R. is a seasoned human resources professional with a robust background in HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at ITKnocks since September 2023, Hafsa previously held the role of Lead - OD & Rewards at VentureDive following the acquisition of NexDegree, where responsibilities included overseeing organizational development projects. With experience as a Human Resources Manager at NexDegree and TRD Pvt Ltd, Hafsa demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy development. Earlier roles include positions at MDK CORPORATION JAPAN as Talent Acquisition Manager and V2F Solutions as a Technical Recruiter, among others.
