Shail Shibli has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. SHAIK has worked as the Director of Marketing & Partnerships at ITL World, Head of Marketing at ITL World, Group Account Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, Group Business Director and Group Account Director at Young & Rubicam. Prior to that, they were the Group Marketing Manager at ENG Worldwide - Emirates Neon Group. In their various roles, Shail has been responsible for strategic KPIs, client management, team mentoring, financial discussions, and managing clients. SHAIK has also played a vital role in developing and implementing communication strategies across various industries such as automotive, FMCG, aviation, and broadcasting.

SHAIK SHIBLI obtained a Diploma in Social Media Marketing from The Shaw Academy UK in 2016. Prior to that, they received a Diploma in International Business from Christ College, Bangalore in 2001. They also earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Foreign Trade from the University of Calicut in 1999. Their high school education was completed at St. Joseph's High School from 1992 to 1996, and they attended New Indian Model School in Dubai for kindergarten and pre-school from 1982 to 1991. In 2017, SHAIK SHIBLI received a certification in Facebook | Blueprint e-Learning Program | Brand Best Practices from Facebook.
