Agustin Carrizo

Agustin Carrizo has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Agustin started their career as a Pasante at the Grupo de Robótica y Sistemas Integrados (GRSI) in July 2012.

In 2013, Agustin worked as the owner of AgMa Servicio Tecnico until May 2013.

Agustin then joined In Motion Servicios S.A. in July 2013 as a Desarrollador, where they developed Java EE applications and automated testing through Selenium until September 2014. Agustin also served as a Technical Leader, overseeing development teams and providing post-production support. Later, they took on the role of Project Manager, managing projects using the Lean-Agile methodology until February 2017. Lastly, they worked as a Presales, supporting the sales team and participating in pre-sales activities until February 2017.

From February 2017, Agustin joined ITLG as a Product Owner - Scrum Master for Scotiabank Chile. Agustin was responsible for rolling out new functionalities for the mortgage credit platform, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating client requirements to the team until January 2019.

After that, they worked as an Account Manager - Scotiabank, where they maintained and improved ITLG's image as a provider, managed the project portfolio, generated new opportunities, and ensured client satisfaction until October 2020.

In October 2020, Agustin transitioned to the role of Scrum Master at ITLG, responsible for ensuring the correct use of the Agile Framework and increasing team effectiveness in the business customers onboarding application.

Agustin Carrizo graduated with a degree in Ingeniero en Computación from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, where they attended from 2007 to 2014. Agustin has also obtained various certifications including Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP II) and Kanban System Design (KMP I) from Kanban University in 2020, Angular Crash Course for Busy Developers from Udemy in 2018, and several Scrum certifications such as Scrum Master Certified, Scrum Product Owner Certified, Scrum Developer Certified, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2018.
