Lakshmi Murthy

Lakshmi Murthy is an experienced HR professional with over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the Director of HR at ITM Group of Institutions since December 2013, Lakshmi has successfully managed human resources functions. Previously, Lakshmi served as the Associate Director of HR/RMG/Admin at V2 Solutions and as Head of Talent Acquisition and Resource Management at SYSTIME, where a significant recruitment milestone included the hiring of 464 employees in one year. At Zycus, Lakshmi led the HR function for a team of 350 individuals and achieved exceptional hiring results. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Faculty at Patni Computer Systems, where training initiatives generated considerable revenue. Lakshmi holds degrees from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
