Shritika Nigam

Shritika Nigam is currently serving as a Human Resources Intern at Reliance Retail since April 2024 and is also pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Human Resources, at ITM Group of Institutions. Previous experiences include a Community Development Internship at Tare Zameen Foundation in November 2023, a Public Relations Internship at Milaan Foundation in early 2022, and a Social Responsibility Manager role at Cult The Cultural Society in mid-2021. Shritika has also held multiple Human Resources Intern positions across various organizations, including Aashman Foundation and Swapna Foundation, alongside a Summer Internship at Jeevashray Animal Hospital & Shelter and an internship at Vatsalya IVF and Fertility Clinic. Shritika's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Social Work from Amity University Lucknow Campus from 2019 to 2022 and completing high school and senior secondary education at Jai Academy, Jhansi.
