Martin Clay

Martin Clay has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Martin currently serves as the Operations Director at ITM Power, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to that, Clay worked as the Managing Director at Kostal UK Ltd from November 2018 to October 2021. Martin also held various roles at Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG, including Quality Executive Manager from September 2008 to October 2021 and Production Quality Manager from May 2006 to September 2008.

Martin Clay attended Myers Grove Comprehensive for their primary and secondary education, although the specific years are unknown. Following their time at Myers Grove, they enrolled at Sheffield Hallam University in 2002 and obtained a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Mechanical Engineering in 2004. Martin returned to Sheffield Hallam University in 2017 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Executive Management in 2020.
