Manolis Falelakis

Manolis Falelakis is an accomplished technical professional with extensive experience in research and development, project management, and academia. Currently serving as the Technical Head of R&D at ITML since January 2023, Manolis oversees the technical delivery of over 30 research projects. Previous roles include Technical Project Manager at Netcompany-Intrasoft, where responsibilities included managing significant grants related to security and data protection for smaller enterprises in Europe. Manolis has also held academic positions, such as Examiner at the University of London and Associate Lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Management, teaching various programming and computing courses. With a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Manolis has contributed to several EU-funded projects, demonstrating expertise in software engineering, knowledge representation, and system design.
