Jim H.

Jim H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jim started their career as a Sales Representative at Thomas J. Lipton, Inc in 1984 and then moved on to become an Assistant Product Manager at Perdue Farms, Inc in 1986.

From 1987 to 1999, Jim worked as the Corporate Director of Marketing/New Product Development at Rocco, Inc. During this time, they contributed to the growth and success of the company in the retail supermarket, foodservice, and international markets.

In 2000, Jim joined OmegaTech, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Here, they played a significant role in developing and promoting all-natural nutritional ingredients and functional food products. Jim marketed these products in traditional supermarkets, natural food stores, and the foodservice channel.

The following year, Jim moved to Monarch Beverage Company as the Vice President of Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for marketing beverages in the U.S., and their efforts contributed to the company's annual sales of $35 million.

In 2002, Jim joined Carmichael Training Systems as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where they further enhanced their expertise in these areas.

In 2003, Jim returned to ITO EN (North America) INC. as the Senior Regional Sales Manager, and later served as the General Manager and Vice President of Sales from 2006 to 2014. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in the company's growth and success.

In 2014, Jim assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer at ITO EN (North America) INC. and continues to contribute to the company's operations and strategic direction.

Additionally, Jim also founded Nuevo Latino Natural Foods in 2005, where they served as the Founder/CEO until 2012.

Jim H. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish & Economics from Rutgers University, attending from 1979 to 1983. Jim then pursued a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. In addition, Jim H. obtained a Certificate in Private Company Governance from the Private Directors Association® in December 2022.
