Alexander Katsevich

Alexander Katsevich is also a Professor of mathematics at the University of Central Florida. Alexander made a revolutionary breakthrough in CT imaging by developing the first fast and exact 3D image reconstruction algorithm (“Katsevich Algorithm”). Advances inspired by this result are utilized in many 3D scanners deployed today by OEMs. He has extensive experience of collaboration with major manufacturers. Alexander holds a PhD in Mathematics from the Kansas State University (1994).
