Customer Service Manager at ITONICS - The Innovation OS

Franziska Gerlach's work experience begins in 2011 with an internship at IL Innovationslabor GmbH, where they worked in innovation funding. In 2012, they completed their Bachelor thesis at Outokumpu Nirosta Precision GmbH. Following that, they joined Brose Group as a Master thesis and working student until 2014. In 2015, Franziska became an Assistant to the Head of Purchasing at Bolta Werke GmbH, and later transitioned to be the Assistant to the CEO from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Franziska joined ITONICS - The Innovation OS as a Project Manager, responsible for managing international software projects and supporting customers with configuration workshops and technical implementation. Franziska then took on the role of Customer Innovation Success Manager in 2021, and currently holds the position of Customer Service Manager.

Franziska Gerlach completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen - Maschinenbau from Hochschule Schmalkalden. Franziska attended this institution from 2008 to 2012. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Innovationsmanagement - Innovation im Mittelstand at Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) from 2012 to 2014.
