Gonzalo Basarrate

Gonzalo Basarrate is an experienced finance and operations professional, currently serving as the Head of Operations Controlling at ITP Aero since September 2024. Previously, Gonzalo held various strategic finance roles at ASK Chemicals from January 2015 to September 2024, including Manager of Group Finance / Strategic Projects and Head of Global Operations Controlling. Earlier experience includes management positions at CEL Technologies & Systems Tissue and CEL Technologies & Systems, along with a Controller role at Kimberly-Clark. Notably, Gonzalo spent over six years at Maersk Line, where responsibilities included financial reporting and the implementation of SAP. Gonzalo holds an MBA in Business Administration from Durham University and a degree in Economic Law from the University of Deusto.
