Yago Mañé Ubalde

Yago Mañé Ubalde is a R&D Stress Engineer at ITP Aero, focusing on the design of additively manufactured jet engine components through new validation and structural analysis methodologies since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Systems Engineer at ALTEN, where contributions were made to Airbus's Landing Surveillance and Engine Management functionalities. As a Renewable Energy Engineer at Solideo Eco Systems, Yago designed and implemented photovoltaic systems for diverse structures, while the early career included an Airworthiness Engineer position at BGHelicopters, which involved managing helicopter component lifecycles. Yago holds a Master of Science in Design Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and two Master's degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where a Bachelor's degree in the same field was also completed.
