Alana Sievers

Alana Sievers has worked in a variety of roles over the past several years. In 2021, they took on the roles of Software Development Manager and Technology Project Manager at ITR Economics. In 2020, they worked as a Project Manager at AssuriCare. In 2018, they were a Technology Project Manager at Worldpay. In 2016, they held the roles of Relationship Manager and Operations Project Management Intern at Vantiv, Girls' Volleyball Coach at White Oak Middle School, Barista at Starbucks, and Intern at Hyde Park Wealth Management and Challenger Sports. During their time as an Operations Project Management Intern at Vantiv, Alana mastered the Agile process and Scrum framework, and worked alongside the Strategic Program Manager to assess the status of all applicable projects to the service strategy. As Girls' Volleyball Coach at White Oak Middle School, they were the head coach for the 8th grade girls' volleyball team with 13 members, and was responsible for setting up practices, coaching for games, and travelling with the team.

Alana Sievers obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Xavier University in 2017 with a field of study in Business Administration and Management. In November 2019, they achieved a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
