He has rich experience in creating Talent Management Solutions, Performance Management Systems and Talent Development Architectures. He believes that right Culture is the Key to Success for any organization and building such a Culture is a key priority. The next most important aspect towards the success factor is the “people quotient” and his rich experience in Consulting Organizations, Hospitality, Retail and Banking industry would play an integral part in creating such experiences for the employees.

He is an Alumnus of Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) and prior to joining ITRadiant, he has worked with organizations such as NIS Sparta, Reliance Petroleum, ICICI Bank, Future Group, Sodexo, TechnoGen etc. His strength is his belief in People and their capabilities, being available, approachable, and willingness to learn.
