Jose Zuniga

Jose Zuniga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, agile methodologies, and technical support. Currently serving as a Remote Teacher/Instructor at iTree Training since June 2021, Jose provides flexible teaching on various technologies and methodologies. Previously, Jose was a Site Reliability Engineer at IBM, focusing on system reliability and customer support. As a Scrum Master and Senior Project Manager at Optiva Inc. and Equifax Costa Rica, Jose led agile transitions and coordinated cross-functional teams to optimize project deliveries. Earlier roles included Technical Project Manager and Technical Support Team Lead, with a foundational background as a Technical Support Engineer at HP. Jose holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master's in Project Management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
