James R. Farrell Jr. holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Information Security, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Client Services at ITRegulators, Inc., James focuses on delivering strategic guidance and exceptional service to clients. James has been an Adjunct Professor at the College of DuPage since May 2023, teaching Cybersecurity and CCNA Technologies, and has contributed to curriculum development as an advisor to the program chair. Previously, James served as Chief Information Officer for the Village of Bolingbrook, overseeing IT operations across various departments. Involvement in professional organizations includes roles as Executive Board Member of the Bolingbrook STEM Association and President of GMIS Illinois. James also held positions in IT management and network support throughout a successful career, demonstrating expertise in cybersecurity and technology leadership.
