Rebecca Bonder has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at itrek as a Graduate Programs Manager, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they were with Onward Israel from September 2020 to January 2022, where they served as a Hybrid Initiatives & Internal Programs Coordinator. Rebecca also gained experience as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Alan M. Bonder from April 2020 to September 2020 and as an English Teacher for MASA Israel Teaching Fellows from July 2019 to March 2020. Rebecca also worked as a Student Teacher at North Smyrna Elementary School in 2019, where they taught third grade and implemented individualized behavior modification plans. Rebecca was a Tutor for the Office of Academic Enrichment from 2017 to 2019 and a Student Teacher at Gauger-Cobbs Middle School in 2018, specializing in 7th grade math. Additionally, they served as a Campus Engagement Intern at the University of Delaware Hillel from September 2017 to May 2018, working to engage students in discussions about the Jewish community. Rebecca's early work experience includes roles as an English Teacher and Assistant Coordinator at Beit Yatsiv in 2016 and as a Substitute Teacher at Congregation Agudath Israel from December 2015 to February 2016.
Rebecca Bonder attended James Caldwell High School from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their high school degree. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Delaware, where they studied Elementary Education and Middle School Math Education from 2015 to 2019.
