Praveenkumar Balasubramaniyan

PraveenKumar Balasubramaniyan is a seasoned software engineer with over 20 years of experience in automation, performance engineering, and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Itron, Inc. since January 2020, PraveenKumar has enhanced application performance through native memory tracking and has implemented automation scripts using Jmeter and Selenium. Prior to Itron, PraveenKumar worked at Apple as a Software QA Automation/Performance Engineer, where an automation and performance test framework was developed from scratch. Experience also includes a Technical Test Lead role at Infosys, managing performance and functional testing for high-profile clients such as Apple and Microsoft. Early career at Teamware Solutions and Orient Ship Services involved automation engineering and full project implementation. PraveenKumar holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Madras.
