Sertac Bircan has extensive experience in the engineering and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as an Engineer at Itron, Inc. since July 2017. Prior to this role, Sertac held various positions at Intel Corporation from March 2006 to June 2016, including Telco Technical Account Manager and Program Manager. Previous experience includes a role as Solution Manager at Ericsson, where responsibilities included softswitch and broadband solutions, as well as pre-sales engineering at Alcatel, and system administration at GATA. Sertac began a career in technology as a System Engineer at Bimel and has a solid educational background with a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, both from Istanbul University, complemented by a foundational education at Ankara Ataturk Anadolu Lisesi.
