Souleymane Mbengue

Souleymane MBENGUE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of software engineering and system design. Currently serving as a Senior Principal System Engineer at Itron, Inc. since July 2008, Souleymane specializes in IoT endpoints, software, and system design across various technologies including wMBUS, LPWAN, and Cellular. Prior roles include Sr R&D Manager of the Water & Heat Software Department at INL, where Souleymane managed software competencies and program management, and Team Leader Software at AGILSEN. As a founder and consultant at YNOV Campus, Souleymane also provided training in IoT for the Master's program in Software Development. Additional experience includes a role as a Software Architect at Orange Business Services. Souleymane holds an Engineering degree in Software from Polytech'Nice-Sophia and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from ESP - Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar, Sénégal.
