Charlène Fournier

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in nursing informatics and clinical documentation, currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003. Prior to this role, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application took place in a level one trauma center, and served as a Senior Business Consultant focused on Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
