Rohan Vartak has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Rohan started their career at NSEiT as a Trainee Associate Systems Analyst in 2004 and later worked as an Associate Systems Analyst, System Analyst, and finally as a Project Leader. In 2005, they joined Iflex Solutions Limited as an Associate Consultant, where they played a crucial role in the implementation of Flexcube banking software for various clients globally.

In 2006, Rohan joined National Stock Exchange Infotech Services Limited as an Associate Systems Analyst and gradually moved up the ranks to become a Project Leader. During their time there, they also served as a Project Manager, taking on more responsibilities and showcasing their leadership skills.

In 2016, Rohan joined ITRS Group as a Senior Consultant, contributing to technical presales support and demonstrating ITRS products and solutions to clients and prospects. Rohan left this role in 2018 to take on the position of Head of Pre-Sales & Channel Partner Manager, where they managed the pre-sales process and channel partnerships for South Asia. From 2019 to 2021, they served as Head of Sales and Channel Partner in the same region.

In 2021, Rohan was promoted to the position of Head of Sales, APAC at ITRS Group, where they led a team of 8 and was responsible for developing a robust sales marketing strategy and driving regional sales plans. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Enterprise Sales, South Asia, focusing on new name wins and achieving sales team quotas.

Throughout their career, Rohan has showcased expertise in sales leadership, project management, pre-sales, and technical support. Their experience in the banking and finance industry, along with their ability to drive growth and nurture customer relationships, make him a valuable asset in the field.

Rohan Vartak has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Rohan also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). In addition, they have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St. Francis Institute of Technology. Rohan has obtained additional certifications in areas such as Challenger, GDPR Compliance, and Corvil Certified Performance Management Expert.
