Giordanna Flores has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of marketing and communication. Giordanna is currently the Head of Marketing at ITS Group, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, Giordanna served as the Head of Communication & Marketing at South Summit Brasil from December 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining South Summit Brasil, Giordanna worked at 4all - Hub de Tecnologia. Giordanna held multiple roles during their tenure, including Marketing Manager from January 2021 to December 2021, Planning and Content Analytics from September 2020 to January 2021, and Content Analytics from May 2019 to September 2020.

Giordanna's earlier experiences include working as a Social Media Analytics at Muito Mais Marketing from January 2019 to May 2019, a Social Media at Bamba LabCom from August 2018 to October 2018, and Press Relations and Regulatory at TIM Brasil from November 2017 to July 2018.

Giordanna also served as a Press Relations at Defensoria Pública da União | DPU from May 2016 to October 2017 and as a Journalist at Prefeitura de Eldorado do Sul from January 2016 to May 2016.

Giordanna Flores completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Faculdade São Francisco de Assis, where they studied Communication Social from 2013 to 2018. Giordanna then pursued a specialization in Communication and Digital Design from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Giordanna has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Giordanna obtained the certification in Organizational Change Management (GMO) from Dynamica Consultoria in November 2022, a certification in UX, Design Thinking, and Digital Interfaces from PUC-RS in September 2021, and a certification in Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn in March 2021.

Giordanna also holds certifications in Growth Hacking: Growth for Digital Businesses from Alura Cursos Online in August 2020, Branding: Brand Building Strategy from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in June 2020, Content Marketing from Rock University in April 2020, and Content Production: Strategies, Planning, and Management from Alura Cursos Online in January 2020.

Additionally, they obtained the Hubble certification from Cosmonauta in October 2019 and received the Academic Laureate award from Faculdade São Francisco de Assis in August 2018.
