Armando Vargas-Araya

Armando Vargas-Araya has extensive experience in corporate affairs and telecommunications, serving as the Corporate Affairs Director at ITS InfoCom since 2005. Prior to this position, Armando held the role of VP Latin America at ICO Global Communications from 1997 to 2001. Armando's career began at Inmarsat, where Armando worked as the Director for Latin America and the Caribbean from 1992 to 1997.
