Melissa Williams is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in matchmaking and dance education. Currently serving as an Executive Matchmaker at It's Just Lunch since February 2021, Melissa specializes in connecting busy professionals for meaningful dating experiences. Previously, Melissa worked as a Dance Instructor at both Dance Unlimited Academy Wellington and the University Center for the Performing Arts, focusing on Tap and Ballet education and choreography. Additionally, Melissa held the position of Director of Operations at Arven Financial, LLC, utilizing Salesforce to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency. Early career experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at First International Title, where Melissa managed lien searches and ensured timely communication with various stakeholders.
