Melissa Williams is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in matchmaking and dance education. Currently serving as an Executive Matchmaker at It's Just Lunch since February 2021, Melissa specializes in connecting busy professionals for meaningful dating experiences. Previously, Melissa worked as a Dance Instructor at both Dance Unlimited Academy Wellington and the University Center for the Performing Arts, focusing on Tap and Ballet education and choreography. Additionally, Melissa held the position of Director of Operations at Arven Financial, LLC, utilizing Salesforce to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency. Early career experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at First International Title, where Melissa managed lien searches and ensured timely communication with various stakeholders. Melissa has received training from Paramount Training Services and holds a foundational background in dance from Long Island University and Archbishop Edward A. McCarthy High School.

It’s Just Lunch was founded in 1991 by a resourceful, professional woman. She had been in a long term relationship when her engagement was suddenly called off and she found herself single again. Determined to charge forward she initiated the tedious search to meet “normal”, well-educated professionals. Her friends sent her out on blind dates, shetried personal ads and considered video dating services; however, she wasn’t comfortable with any of these options.
