Nadia GASMI is currently working at ITS Services as the Responsable Recrutement Secteur Banque - Finance, where Nadia oversees recruitment activities within the BANQUE-FINANCE agency, leads a team of recruitment officers, sets priorities, conducts interviews, and ensures the integration of new employees. With previous experience in IT recruitment at ITS Group S.A. and infrastructure IT solutions at Axel IT-intégrateur, Nadia has a strong background in talent acquisition and client relations. Nadia also has experience in recruitment in the Banque & Assurance sector during their time at Randstad Search and Selection and Michael Page. Nadia holds a DEA in economics, political, and social sciences from Université Dauphine Paris and a Maîtrise in Sciences de Gestion from ESSEC.
