Ronit Gieske

Ronit Gieske currently serves as the Vice President of Quality, Training, and Special Projects at Checkmate since August 2020, having previously held the title of Head of Quality and Training. Prior to this role, Ronit was the Vice President of Operations at Chicas Tacos from August 2018 to July 2020. Ronit's extensive experience includes positions such as New Store Opening Director, Director of Training & Systems, and Regional Operations Manager at Tender Greens between November 2013 and July 2018. Ronit also held roles as Director of Procurement & Resources and Regional Operations Manager at David Myers Group from September 2011 to October 2013, and served as General Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group from July 2004 to September 2011. Earlier in career, Ronit worked as an Associate at PwC from 2000 to 2002. Academic qualifications include a Master of Management in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Sociology from Rutgers University.
