Tracey Naleway serves as the Director of Customer Success at ITSco - Integrated Technical Services since April 2023. Prior roles include IT Site Manager - Customer Service at Siemens Healthineers, focusing on onsite IT support, compliance, and security protocols; Service Desk Manager at Broadstep Behavioral Health, overseeing technology support lifecycle and risk management; and Provisioning and Deployment Manager at Wake Technical Community College, managing end-user device lifecycle. Tracey has extensive experience in IT operations and project management, having held multiple positions at Dude Solutions and McHenry County College, encompassing program management, product operations analysis, and technical support. Tracey holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Information Systems from McHenry County College.
