Miguel Pena Jr.

Miguel Pena Jr. has a diverse work history. Miguel started their career at Countrywide Home Loans in 2007 as an Account Executive. In 2008, they joined WMS Gaming, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager of Order Management. During their time at WMS Gaming, they managed the order process from sales to installation, collaborated with international teams, ensured compliance with regulations, and improved procedures. In 2015, Pena joined Scientific Games as a Technical Project Coordinator. Miguel then moved to Flexera in 2017, where they worked as a Manager of Order Processing. Currently, Pena is employed at Incredible Technologies, initially as the Director of Customer Solutions and then promoted to Vice President of Customer Solutions in December 2019.

Miguel Pena Jr. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Information Technology from Colorado Technical University. Miguel pursued this degree from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College from 2009 to 2012, where they focused on Accounting and Business/Management.
