Merk Anthony Cruz has over 15 years of progressive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Human Resources and Administration Officer-in-Charge at ITSM Corporation since April 2023. Previously, Merk held positions including Office Manager at Lim, Chua, Dave & Cervantes Law Offices and Social Media Marketing Specialist at Elite Carpet Dry Cleaning. Experience also includes roles at Fortun Narvasa & Salazar, WOW PH Destinations, Inc., and UNISTAR CREDIT AND FINANCE CORPORATION, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, content creation, and organizational development. Merk began a career in human resources at Maynilad Water Services, Inc. Following a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, a diverse skill set in HR functions, content writing, and organizational restructuring has been developed.
