iTSM Group
Johanna Blum is currently working as a Junior Specialist Learning & Development at iTSM Group since August 2021. Prior to this, Johanna was a Masterstudent at Essity from November 2019 to March 2022, focusing on their masterthesis in the area of Diversity. Johanna also worked as a Werkstudentin at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main from July 2021 to December 2021, where Johanna was a Studentische Hilfskraft involved in the project DigiGap. Johanna holds a Master of Arts in Erziehungswissenschaften from Goethe University Frankfurt, achieved in August 2022, following their Bachelor of Arts in the same field from 2016 to 2019.
