Ralf Berlau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and training. Since April 2019, Ralf Berlau has served as a Senior Consultant and Senior Trainer at iTSM Group, specializing in DevOps as a Lead Trainer. Prior to this role, Ralf Berlau was a Senior Consultant at SERVIEW from September 2017 to March 2019. Ralf Berlau also founded and operated Ingenieurbüro Berlau from May 1991 to December 2017 and was the owner and managing director of 4train oHG from May 2010 to March 2016. Ralf Berlau holds a degree in Dipl. Ing. Technische Informatik from FH Wedel, completed in 1991, and underwent training as a Machinist at Howaldtswerke Deutsche Werft AG in Hamburg and Kiel from 1978 to 1981.
