Director Of Customer Service at MARTA

Donna De Jesus has a strong background in customer service and management. Donna started their career in 1981 at the New York Public Library, where they directed fund raising efforts and coordinated events. In 1992, they worked at the New York Urban League, coordinating marketing and fund raising activities. In 1993, Donna joined MARTA as a Manager of the Customer Care Center, overseeing two call centers and implementing training programs. Donna has recently become the Director of Customer Service at MARTA, leading the Office of Customer Service and implementing solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

Donna De Jesus has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Social Service from the Borough of Manhattan Community College in 1991. In terms of additional certifications, they received a Notary Public certification from Henry County - Georgia in 2011, a ccSigma Yellow Belt for Contact Centers certification from Insite Managed Solutions in 2011, and a Call Center Supervisor Certification from The Resource Center for Customer Service Professionals in 2009.
