Gail Crawford

Gail Crawford is an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Currently serving as an IT Business Analyst III at MARTA since February 2019, Gail leads various projects, maintains documentation on SharePoint, and provides assistance and training for fellow Business Analysts. Previous roles include Business Analyst III at Duke Energy Corporation, where responsibilities involved eliciting requirements and managing project artifacts, and a series of positions in testing and analysis at organizations such as MOMENTIVE PERFORMANCE MATERIALS, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. Throughout a diverse career, Gail has consistently demonstrated proficiency in requirements gathering, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. Additionally, Gail served as Secretary and Treasurer on the board of CITQAA and holds education from Central Piedmont Community College.
