Ronald O'Neal is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in critical infrastructure protection, IT service management, and consulting. Currently a member of InfraGard Houston, Ronald also serves as Chief Operating Officer for Consultant for Health, Energy and Sustainability, LLC, and holds a position as a Management Associate with the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF). Previously, Ronald worked at NASA as a ServiceNow Architect and has held various roles in incident and problem management at BP and Direct Energy. With a strong educational background, including an MBA in ECommerce from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Houston Community College, Ronald possesses multiple qualifications such as ITIL4, CSA, and CAD.
