Andres Martinez

Andres Martinez is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at ITT Inc. since October 2016, Andres drives operational excellence and manages the site’s P&L statement while implementing policies and procedures for enhanced efficiency. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Manufacturing Engineer, where Andres led production activities and continuous improvement projects. Prior to ITT Inc., Andres worked as an Industrial Engineer at Boeing, focusing on production integration for Space Platforms & Payloads, and gained valuable experience as an Industrial Engineer Intern at ATK, conducting continuous improvement analyses. Earlier professional experience includes a marketing and sales role at Mexico Groceries, where innovative strategies were developed to enhance sales. Andres holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and an Executive MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
