Dr. Vichitra Gour

Dr. Vichitra Gour has significant work experience in various HR roles. Dr. Vichitra'smost recent position was as the Country HR Head at ITT Inc. starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Premium Transmission Private Limited from April 2020 to September 2022. From August 2015 to March 2020, they served as a Global OD & L&D Professional (HRBP) at GE Renewable Energy. Additionally, they held positions as a Professional - HR HRBP at DXC Technology from March 2012 to August 2015, an HR Operations Specialist at Nokia Siemens Networks from March 2010 to March 2012, and a Sr. Executive - Human Resource at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) from June 2006 to March 2010.
